3) We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours which will include details of your purchase and our account no.

4) Upon receiving our email, kindly make your payment by either Paypal or bank transfer within 48 hours.

5) Send us an email after payment is made.

6) Kindly grace us one month (although 1 – 2 weeks is usually enough) for the goods to be delivered. Products are pre-ordered, not in-stock, thus we do need some time before we can deliver your goods. For sprees, do note that delivery time will vary, do check on the spree details for more information.

Postage (not shipping fees):

Free postage for all normal mail. For registered mail, kindly note that a fee of $3 is applicable.

Postage for spree cost $3.50 for normal mail and $6.50 for registered mail. You can combine postage. We only count postage fee per address we sent to.

For delivery outside Singapore, postage will be calculated by weight and you will be informed of the postage fee upon our email confirmation.
